How to get your activity file:

1. Go to Garmin Connect Activities.
2. Be sure that your Garmin connect is in English. If not, the program will not work. Change it under Profile > Edit Profile > Display Preferences > Language
3. Scroll until the beginning of 2022.
4. Click on "Export CSV"
5. Fill in your name, and upload the downloaded CSV file.
